A key challenge was selecting which professions to highlight in the illustration to represent the diversity of talent affected by brain drain. Through research and exploration, I narrowed down the selection to reflect a range of industries, while the final color palette was chosen after testing multiple options and gathering feedback, as shown in the process video timelapse.Process
